Court Reports From Forensic Psychologist Experts
For over thirty-five years, Duffy Robilliard has been conducting forensic assessments and providing independent expert witness court reports prepared by trained psychologists for use in a variety of matters heard in Supreme, District and Local Courts and other jurisdictions. Our psychologists have a well-established and solid reputation on both sides of the legal process and an equally long-term commitment to serving public and private clients in Sydney and regional New South Wales.
We can conduct interviews and assessments in our Sydney based rooms, NSW Correctional Centres and facilities, or in consulting rooms throughout Sydney and regional NSW. Video interview facilities can also be utilised where necessary. Our focus is on providing clear, evidence-based reports and our consultants endeavour to maintain close communication with legal colleagues and clients to ensure accuracy and prompt delivery of work.
Our psychologists also regularly prepare expert evidence reports for other purposes such as Fitness and Section 32 Court hearings, Parole Board hearings, Mental Health Review Tribunal matters, Family Court matters, various professional standards and human resources management assistance, Immigration applications, Victim’s Compensation claims, Workers Compensation claims, accident and personal injury, medical negligence, pain and suffering, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and other medico legal matters.
Our senior partners Anita Duffy and Anna Robilliard began working together almost forty years ago, to provide psychology court reports to lawyers dealing with indictable and medico legal cases in Sydney and country New South Wales. The practise has steadily grown, and we now have a complement of highly trained and experienced consultants. All consultants are registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and all have extensive experience working in the forensic field and/ or have attained Masters degree qualifications in forensic psychology. Our consultants have informed knowledge of relevant laws, comprehensive knowledge of appropriate assessment tests, report preparation and presentation.
